Intermediate Level Requirements for Food Manufacture (Chennai, India)

Program Description

This three-day training program was held in Chennai, India February 2-4, 2011 and was organized and supported by Michigan State University, USAID, and UNIDO. The workshop focuses on knowledge required by persons responsible for food safety in the food manufacturing sector, food safety educators, or those working in related positions. It builds on content delivered during the Basic Level Requirements for Food Manufacture workshop held in Chennai in September 2009.
